Srinidhi Credit Private Ltd is a non-deposit taking finance company located in Chennai. We are “NBFC” registered with the Reserve Bank of India as a non-deposit taking financial institution. We focus on providing key solutions to clients that span from various industries and enterprises, whilst offering them complete financial solutions that foster robust businesses. Mr. Venkataramanan Ramaswamy

He is the co-founder of Srinidhi Credit Private Ltd. He has over 10 years of experience in originating, structuring and investing in credit and structured transactions. He has worked with the following corporations prior to co-founding Srinidhi:

  • Fortress Investment Group, Managing Director, NY responsible for investing in structured and private transactions in emerging markets
  • HSBC Securities USA in the ABS structuring team.
  • Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in the Credit Portfolio Management team responsible for loan sales and structured transactions
  • He earned his Master of International Management from Thunderbird and his MBA from Virginia Tech and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from India.

Mr. Padmanabh Suresh Maydeo

Mr. Padmanabh Suresh Maydeo is an Executive Director of Srinidhi Credit Private Limited. He has 28 years of work experience in implementation of systems and process and risk reduction, achieved rapid increase of sales, ensured 100% compliances are taken care off and various other activities with respect to business enhancement to achieve a sustainable growth.

Ms. Neha Mohta

Ms. Neha Mohta serves as the Executive Director and Company Secretary of Srinidhi Credit Private Limited.She oversees corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and secretarial functions, ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. With expertise in corporate laws and governance practices, strengthening the Company's compliance framework, transparency, and sustainable growth initiatives.

Ms. Malayappan Saraswathi

Ms. Malayappan Saraswathi serves as a Executive Director of Srinidhi Credit Private Limited. She oversees financial reporting,accounting operations, and internal financial controls, contributing to the Company's financial discipline. Her expertise supports SCPL's commitment to operational excellence and sustainable growth.
